Chapitre 2

Un deuxième coup de sonnette et toujours pas de réponse. Voilà qui l'arrangeait bien. Il commença à faire demi-tour mais s'arrêta. Et si… et s'il en profitait ? Après tout, il ne ferait rien de mal à jeter un coup d'œil, puis… c'était la dernière maison qu'il devait recenser.

Il actionna la poignée, eut un instant d'hésitation mais la curiosité l'emporta. Il entra et referma la porte derrière lui.

— Ohé… y a quelqu'un ?
